Our history

Elevation Healthcare Advisory Group was formed in July 2020 for the purpose of providing a high level of expert value-based consulting services to healthcare professional clients. The principal of Elevation Healthcare Advisory Group (Von Lambert) has over 30 years of healthcare and construction experience and saw a great need for consulting services from a seasoned expert that knows the rules, codes, and regulations, as well as the challenges that a hospital must follow in order to be operational and most of all profitable.

Every engagement that Elevation Healthcare Advisory Group takes on always begins with the questions of “What is Best for this Client?” and “How can Elevation Healthcare Advisory Group impact operations to increase their ROI?” It is our goal to improve the overall safety, operations, and profitability of each and every client we work with. We believe that in order to provide this high level of consulting services, a company must have a team that has not only seen nearly every issue that comes up in healthcare but has also had to personally deal with them.

Elevation assists the governing body responsible for the safe and effective utilization of the future space by:

• Identifying current suboptimal and/or noncompliant processes, and the risks that accompany those issues.

• Providing insight and applicability of existing best practices and evidence based knowledge that are proven and relevant to the project.
